Private Parties
Birthday Parties, Get-Togethers and Private Gatherings can be booked for one and
a half hour sessions. These private sessions include a Gymtime routine of activity
with additional time for cake, snacks and food. We're here to help and will make it
an enjoyable time for everyone without all of the cleanup and preparation!
Private Party's are available to everyone. You do not have to be enrolled in our
classes to schedule a party.
Book now as times are limited and should be reserved 2 weeks in advance.

Rates
Scarsdale Only - We charge $375 for each one and a half hour period for 12
children. Each additional child costs $15.
We will order pizza for you at an additional charge for the adults. Parents areresponsible for the cake, goody bags, and beverages & paper goods for the
adults.
*Please note the 10:00am party will not have any pizza so the party price will be
$353.
Times in Scarsdale on Saturday: 10:00am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 4:00 pm
In Scarsdale, we must have pre-approval from the Scarsdale Congregational
church before we can book the party.
Party Extras:
Elmsford Deluxe - $375
Parents are responsible for the birthday cake ,party favors for guests, and beverages and paper goods for the adults. Gymtime will order additional pizza for
adults if requested.
Elmsford All Inclusive- $450
Times in Elmsford on Sunday: 10:00 am, 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm
*We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Also, in case your
child gets sick, we do require a 48 hours notice for cancellation.
*Please note the 10:00am party will not have any pizza so the party price will be
$353.
